Baroque Music Montana presents: Bach at Trails

Baroque Music Montana and GVLT present the fifth annual "Bach at Trails" at Gallatin Valley Trails June 8 11-1pm, in celebration of local outdoors, arts, and community. Acoustic musicians of all ages, abilities, styles, and instruments share music along with dancers improvising to live music. Trails include Story Mill Park in the vicinity of the climbing rock, Langhor Park near the climbing rock, Kirk Hill, Tuckerman Park near Goldenstein, Peets Hill near the Church St bridge, and S. Cottonwood trail. These performances are coordinated by violinist Carrie Krause, violin, who along with dancer Genevieve Trygstad-Burke, presented 'performances' on 6 mountain peaks last summer, entitled "Six High Places". This year's Bach at Trails is intended as an opportunity for hikers and music enthusiasts of all athletic ability to partake.
